Q: Chinese A/C
Okay so I on the remote I got a snowflake for cold air, a sun for hot air, then I got this droplet of water, is that for moist cold air?
Additional questions do you guys ever feel like a little gaspy in your lungs after sitting in your A/C for long periods of time?
If your city is polluted do you think its better to go outside, try to sit near a tree and breathe in that air or just stay inside and take on whatever comes through the vents?

leave it on the snow flake and 24deg but make sure you clean the filters every couple of weeks
Go to the shower and let the water pour down on you. Try to avoid staying outside for long periods of time. Don't go near streets where the pollution is the worst. Find a local gym and go there everyday. When I first went to the gym and I started lifting weights I felt really weak. Right now I've been going for serveral months and I already feel stronger and healthier. Also, drink more water!!
