Q: Chinese meal calories counter

It seems impossible to know the calories count in Chinese restaurants. It's kind of a bother. Where can I get nutritional info for Chinese restaurants? It doesn't have to be exact, just so I get a rough idea...

That's a tough one. I suggest buying an iphone and downloading a calorie counting app which allows you to type in the name of the food item and they'll tell you roughly how many calories are in it. The app i use is called MyFitnessPal and is free, although the main drawback is that it focuses on American food.

chinese meals and calories............ there are different classes in the meal which one you are eating if you are eat some boiled food so calorie count is low , if you are eat sweet , oily things than definitely you are in danger of getting fat.......... if you are eating KFCs thats a red zone.......... calories depends on what you are eating....... and how much you are burning and how much you are storing.. the best way whenever you are eating, think of dividing the stomach into four parts and manage it like that .....1 part water before every meal... 2 parts of food and water mix and leave 1 part for the air. means donot eat too much or not too less... middle option is best.....
dieting is ridiculous to do it...... this life is for once enjoy it........ eat drink sleep work and enjoy.........
