Q: Chinese Take Out

I find myself missing Chinese fried chicken wings from the ghetto Chinese take-out.  Why can't they do the same type of seasoned wings here as in America?  Does anybody else miss fusion Chinese food from your country?

Do not know about which chain u r talking about, but as i have seen KFC, it is totally different , almost nothing same as i know from CZ. And load of oil in the chicken quarters talk for itself :S
