Q: Common phrases for health, prosperity, etc. for Spring Festival?

I'm very soon going to be at big dinners with some relatively important people, then the next day at an equally big table but with the family of my Chinese gf.

Could someone give me some good expressions to say around the Chinese New Year, and would there be any difference in what I would say at those two tables?

Thanks!
