Out of interest ...have you talked to US immigration or an immigration agent?
ask for a quote and duration time.
That was my first port of call when we did it .
you need more facts not hear say from ecc
Stiggs:
Good advice. I have a friend and his wife going through the system now, they spent the money on an immigration lawyer who helped a lot but it's still a long process.

phil, no, about a EB5 visa i havent discussed this type of visa before with USCIS. Yes, i have talked with a immigration lawyer and USCIS about the visitor and spouse visa but not a EB5 visa. See, stiggs just gave me a idea a partial answer about his friend. Maybe i heard wrong that a EB5 visa takes less time to get approved by immigration than a spouse or visitor or a student visa. Of course i will get more info All im doing is getting a idea what to ask when im starting the process
