Heya all, I just registered, submitted my resume, all looks good, but when I am mousing over contact details of an employer in the job listings it just keeps repeating the same error message: "You haven't created an online resume, or you haven't updated your online resume for 30 days. "
My online resume is created, it says "in database", and is also updated.
What seems to be the issue? Anyone can help?
I spot that too. Once you click apply button, your CV and covering letter get directed to advertiser. It might be School, but mostly they are agents.
I add to my covering letter: 'Please, reply to my email address, and I'll forward you CV and documents'.
I get contact from Schools or agents to my email, if they're interested.
I can't upload docs., because I'm not using Windows on my puter.

I wish there was away for all of us to band together and do away with agents.

I'm telling you! I get sent to School in Jiangsu by an agent with handle 'echo'. School in Jiangsu is not authorized to hire FT. Jiangsu is also Province, which have beef with Non-natives, and SAFEA told me 'no FEC for Non-natives'. Now, in Hai'an, Jiangsu, some 50km away, I can get FEC.
They burned my valid RPermit. If lucky, I'll get new Z in HK (promised) for cost of HK$ 2000 only for MExam. If I won't be lucky, I must return to EU, and reapply for new Z there (minimum 15000 Rmb). My private hour just jump to 225 Rmb.
I'm not sure, how to get agent's full name. I have her ph. no., and I know she's working in Nanjing. I'm contemplating to call SAFEA, and report whole 'manure'.
Good idea, thank you Icnif.
Redrum, contacting schools directly has its downsides too, even if you find their e-mail address on their websites, most probably you will not get an answer from them as
A, they don't care about reading e-mails,
B, the person who is responsible for shorting out e-mails doesn't understand English and so just deletes my e-mail,
C, even if they are allowed to do so, most schools don't know how to handle the Z-visa for a foreigner, so they won't start doing it without the help of a recruiter who is there to guide them in the process,
D, most of them are just simply not looking to hire a new teacher, and I am just wasting precious time searching for their contact details.

Web link of Schools in China authorized to hire FT is on Angelina Cafe website. I can't find it now, and my link is on GOOG, which doesn't want to boot. Give few days (LOL) when I'll be successful with my gmail account, and I'll post it. When you're sending application here, don't upload any documents. Just write them notice to Cover letter.
