Q: contracts in china
i had sign a contract with my school 4 months ago its an usual standard contract are they legal binding or not.
and i want to leave due to unseen circumstances but in my contract its says nothing about any penalites for breaking a contract and i have heard my centre manager has shafted people when giving in their notice.and how can
i get a release/reference letter have a vacation in australia and keep my visa.
whats a way that i can be released from my contract without being shafted on my pay and release/reference letter.
as well our school has teacher shortage only 2 teachers would that make him more angry or inclined to screw me over
what are my options.

What is this? Kindergarten English from Australian Bushman?
Me teacher school China. Me go home. Boss angry. Me afraid. Me not know, you say I do. Paper my name, go home Australia. School give money me, not give money me?
Even though contract are not always followed to the letter in China, you should give in your resignation as per the contract.
"unseen circumstances", "family member fallen ill" or "I've realized I want to go surfing" ?
it is very unlikely that anyone would ever be presented with a contract without a penalty clause for breaking it.
I have a good idea who the source of this question could be. taking bets.
