Q: Cool Chinese bartenders?
Ever notice there's a certain kind of cool that Chinese bartenders emit? You got these guys that, sometimes, don't speak English well, but always get your drink right and at the end of the night you can have a drink with them and have a good time? Usually they are really funny too. I think the people who hire them do a good job.
I'm met a good amount of these chaps. Usually they are very dependable dudes. I'll go to bat for them anytime some drunk is causing trouble. You must have met them, a different breed.

I have noticed that most profesional bartenders are cool. That seems to be something that crosses all boundaries.
