Q: cost to live in Guilin China
Hi , I'm just curious what the costs might be to live in Guilin, cost for: an apartment rent, electricity, water, heat, internet, phone, long distance calling.

A one bd room apartment costs around 600 RMB. There is no heat in winter.

what about cost for phone, long distance calling, electricity ?
I heard long distance phone can be expensive in China, Canada was until we got some competition here. thanks.
