Q: Could I get partial ownership of 'e-China-tities' ...?
by converting my points to preferred A or B shares of the Co., instead of opening retail raincoats shop?

I am contemplating on the partial ownership of the Co. instead 77 raincoats, Co. is due by count of my pints. 
I would be the most silent partner, not involved in Board managing. I am busy man otherwise

Investing in most of Can-uck's things? You got to start with low ('bottom fishing' in traders lingo), 'cause oil price will remain low for foreseeable future. In other words, it will take a lot of time till oil price will be high enough to make exploring of Athabasca Tar Sands profitable.

I was very bad student in my Primary ... not that I wasn't clever, but teachers couldn't decipher my hand-writings, so they all hit me with bad grades, except at P.E.
Now, the thing with hand-writing is a gift, which I lack of. I can't write nicely or draw or sing even today.
Here on this Board, I 'see' very similar thing. Most of you misunderstand my point and since I am still in China, (I love it, by the way ... ), I'll explain it to you point of this thread.

You can dial them up and ask 'how to ...' my lawyer said.
