Q: Crotchless pants have invaded America

Just read the news about a woman in California calling the cops when she saw a Chinese kid wearing them. How would your country respond to kids defecating wherever they please?

I hope my country would ask the right questions:

- Who allowed these people to be there in the first place.

- Was he or she doing his or her job.

- If yes, what is wrong with the selection process. Is it really worth it to have those people around after all. People will soon or later realize what's going on and vote in consequence.

- How to legally show them the way out.

In the UK now you can get fined for letting your dog shit in the street, dropping litter & even cigarette ends on the street so my guess would be that any adult letting their kid shit in the street would at least get a warning from the police. They would probably also be reprimanded by most passers-by whereas in China no one gets involved.

In the UK, I suspect the social services would get involved if your kid was crapping on the pavement.

I doubt it, they don't get involved in serious cases enough! With the proliferation of "street wardens" in the UK now I'd expect on the spot fines. My Mum got done twice for littering (cigarette ends). I'd have thought she'd have learnt after the first time.

Picture people either murmuring with horror in the eyes, or just angrily asking WTF is wrong with you... I don't know what the law says about it. Dogs poop is definitely not a problem, we are famous for this
