I have been doing business with cyan-fire for over two years. I ave mailed them but no response. I am wondering if something happened to this business.

The company looks very legitimate from what I've seen online. Strong registered capital as well. Maybe your emails are being filtered out by a new system? Go to Alibaba.com and they have an instant chat function - maybe you can contact them through that.
I think Vicki stole all their clients and they're gone now
