if a foreigner wants to get married with a chinese, he/she needs to prove he /she is single. usually this files proved by China embassy in that country.
Tell them you plan on moving to China. If they stop talking to you, they just want a green card.
If they ask for an I-Pod and a car, then they are legit
if they ask for your junk then they are legit.

By junk I did not mean something you would sell at a yard sale, at least a legal yard sale.
offer them 20Y to answer the question,, it's the only way you can get a straight answer on any subject.
