Q: Death by China?

A documentary by a Trump Advisor. Peter Navarro. From 2012 I think. I watched it this week. A lot of good points made. I cant disagree with the general theme. But by God, what a heap of propagda rubbish. Have you seen it? What do you think?

Why is it propaganda if it makes good points and you agree with the general theme?

ScotsAlan:

The presentation manipulates the facts to fit a certain belief. In this case, China bad, China cheats, USA good. The film identifies the change of business to being a short term gain to give quick returns to investors, but somehow twists it to be a communist plot to destroy America. So it gets many facts right, but slightly twists it to fit with the Republican agenda. It is a very clever film. It provides no conclusion, nor solution. It sort of blames Clinton and Obama. And it does the usual organ harvesting crap. It is well worth watching. Its on youtube.
