1. Hi, I'm in China since 2014 and reside here ever since and it seems like degrees must not only be verified but authenticated by Chinese Consulates or something - my degree is notarized but not authenticated by Chinese and since I don't wanna leave just for authentication thing I wonder if a friend can do it for me in my country at Chinese Consulate? And if so would they (Chinese) require an original document (kinda don't feel like sending originals) or copies would be sufficient?
2. Has anyone authenticated their degree somehow in China??

This stuff makes you wonder why anyone would want to pay so much to teach in China. If you do all that work, you may as well get a job in a country where you will be treated well and the education system is more about making the country grow rather than just money
RandomGuy:
In Germany the authentication is free and pretty straightforward, just go to the city hall with a copy (don't even need the original) and they will put three stamps on it, that's it. TLDR; anyone can authenticate any fake degree because there is no background check, joke's on China.
Stiggs:
From what I've heard that's exactly the problem a lot of schools are facing, they can't get teachers.
If anyone has done it PLEASE provide the agents' info - it's very important for those who don't wanna go back to their country just for that authentication stuff.

Grow up and learn how to use the internet. How can anyone do the leg work for you when you're too damn lazy to even provide your country details.
Search your country for companies that provide this service, it's country specific. Avoid Chinese companies at all cost.
I'm giving this answer for everyone. Do not use a local, especially Chinese, companies. Do a search in your own country and find a company in you own country. Local companies will rip you off and charge you 3X the actual cost from another company
Yes, it's quite possible to have the authentication done by someone else... after all, it's the document that's being authenticated - not the person doing it!
Only you can do it.
And when you turn it in to be authenticated, you have to be wearing the school colors and singing the fight song. This is the only way to prove that you ACTUALLY went to the school.
Yes it is possible. I had my degree done while living in China. Took about a month and cost close to 400 Canadian dollars. Pain in the ass but doable.
My friends used this guy, add his wechat: GTS830302. He helps with all of these things, you can contact him and see if he can help
Englteachted:
And How much did it cost him, it cost me 200$ while the wechat Chinese company wanted 450- 600$
ironman510:
Not sure, I got mine done on my own back in the U.S, but two of my friends said this private company can do it and I kept it as a backup and for guys who might need it like in this case. Sometimes money doesn't matter when you are on the clock.
dyanisis:
Hey man
did your friends have success with this company, did it work out ok for them thanks, was trying to find some info on the we chat contact but no joy, just an email address
thanks

Scott, you seem to be spamming. The company you're promoting is not on the FBI's list of accepted Fingerprinting service providers. And the FBI only accepts fingerprint cards. Channelers accept digital prints but from what I was told years ago when I did this, Channelers aren't acceptable outside the country especially in China

All Hail: Xi Jinping Confirmed As "Most Powerful Chinese Leader Since Mao"
The phrase “Socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era” is hardly catchy, but wields immense power. Xi Jinping became the first incumbent leader since Mao to have his name and thought added to the Party’ guiding principles, symbolizing a major elevation in his power.

China's Communist Party enshrines President Xi's ideology into constitution
China's ruling Communist Party has formally enshrined President Xi Jinping's political thoughts into its constitution, raising his status to the country's most powerful leader in decades and putting him on par with party founder Mao Zedong. The party unanimously passed the amendment to include “Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era” as one of its guiding principles at the end of a week-long congress on Tuesday, while endorsing the leader for a second five-year term. The amended constitution means that any challenge to Xi, who took office in 2012, will now be seen as a threat to Communist Party rule. It also ensures that his trademark fight against corruption – which has ensnared more than 1.3 million officials – will continue.
