Sure, as I mentioned to you yesteray I think, are you referring to a Dell English School within the framework of the Pearson Longman Dell English Schools or are you referring to a very, very localized school that simply goes by that name?  If it is a very localized school, might I ask you where it it?

Hi,I asked if they are affiliated with the Pearson Longman but they told me they aren't.

there is a dell english school in jinan that i have done part time work for. school is run by ludian power company as a sponsor

Never heard of it before. It's a relatively unknown school. And just because they used the name of a computer I would be thinking it's not so good. This is basing things off the cover. Any place school or whatever that cannot make up an original name can't be trusted.
