Yes. Until it turns grey anyway. The only exception would be if there was an albino.

Why? Genetics. The same reason they all have brown eyes.

Some of them seem to have a dark brown rather than true black hair, but yes, I'd say they all have dark hair.

LAR:

Jnusb416,

I'm really glad that some Chinese women and South Korean women as well have dark/light brown hair. I find that very attractive. :)

It's all to do with how the climate is and it's in harmony with the land the people live in.

Different skins help humans survive in different climates and environments.
Fair skin, the lightest kind from northern Europe, you can see how it's not a place with intense sun light, so there for the people there don't require the pigmentation to protect them.

If you look at the tropics, people who are from there naturally have more pigmented skin. They are naturally built to survive in the sunny conditions. More pigment in your skin also means more pigment in your hair.

If you look at Africa and native Australians the aboriginals, are very dark, this is because of the harsh heat and sun. The more pigmentation there is, the more protected you are from the harshness of the sun. It's your skins natural SPF.

We are all built to survive in the climates we are living in. And pigments in skin also means more pigments in hair. So lighter your skin, lesser the pigments, less protection to harsh UV and lighter hair. More darker/pigmented skin, more pigmented hair, this means more protection to the warmer or harsher climates.

I hope this helps answer Smile and not too confusing ....

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change from student to labourer visa is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
