Bypassing the discussion on latinates (in this case, bacteria/ium/ias(?)), there's still two nouns as the subject to the verb(s) - bacteri? and viruses... followed by the plural of 'bodies'.

"Do she have a different body?"... or "DoES she have a different body?"

or "Do they have different bodIES?" "DoES they have different bodies?"

'Do' is apparently a left-over from either the original Brythonic language, or an import from the Angles et al.. (yes, there's evidence suggesting the first)

So, yeah, I do actually grade IELTS grammar....

. This is one of the reasons English sucks! Sucks so bad, it shouldn't be the 'World Language" for business/science/ etc...).

If I'm honest, I saw misspelling/sin. in word 'bacteria' right away, and I've never looked at the whole Q, as '....and viruses.....', which give you possibly right grammar, but in that case MDs usually name the bacteria they talk about in sin., as 'Do Chinese bacteria Hulk and viruses ......?'.

Because you didn't name the particular bacteria, my conclusion was 'wrong'.

health differences in china is an interesting topic, have a friend studying medicine in Jinan that tells me Chinese have skin disorders and diseases that are not seen anywhere else in the world, not even the border countries of China have these ailments. no cures yet because nobody else has the problem to copy their medicine and solve the problem.

now that does not compute with all the skin hospital commericials on TV saying they can fix anything, interesting irony i suppose.
