Q: Do Chinese girls know how to play the ham trumpet?
You know what I'm saying. Do they know the proper technique for blowing the correct notes in order to create that perfect symphony? Or does their music sound like auto tuned teeth grinding?

There's not even any real ham in China. He just read the expression somewhere and somehow, miraculously, applied it to a question, the nuance of which, we can understand.
