No, not unless they've been working overseas and that company they are working for sends them back as an expat.

Most overseas studied Chinese have their own company, such as Sina, Sohu, Baidu..etc...too many Laughing out loud

I like a snowy Happy new year, rather than a no sky one...Beijing's time to ban the cars---the only solution for the time being...

I have a friend that earns double than the mates because of her spanish skills, seems like English only is not enough anymore

I doubt it! Only a select few will and it's because they earned and deserved it. Not everyone that studies overseas gets those priveleges..
