Q: Do Chinese university students still have mandatory fitness exercises?
A former student of mine told me he had to go through fitness tests at his university, which surprised me a little. I thought once they were past high school all that mandatory baloney was over

At this college, where students get a degree after 2.5 years, there are many exercise related things they have to do. Freshmen and sophomores have to run in the morning 3 times a week for a large chunk of each semester. They had some sort of exercise competition last semester, but it was sort of like light aerobics. They also had a week off of school for a track meet last semester. If "boot camp" counts, they also had a week off of school for that.
It depends on the univeristy. When I was in Guilin, the PE class was a pathetic joke.
In this univeristy, students have to run every morning.
If you are aware of it, then you must also agree that performing physical exercise on regular basis can give you a solid solution to this silent-killing phenomenon. what is vegan
Yes, but if they have enough money, they can pay someone to do them.
