Q: Do disabled people get any state benefits in China?

Are there any special work schemes or benefits to help disabled people here?

They put those grooved sections in the sidewalks to help blind people find the way.  Does that count?

Actually they have,but not much.I am sure you have seen many disabled beggars on the roadsides.Many of these are not disabled in fact while the others are real but want to make some money by people's sympathy.

Yes.  My girl friend gets 300 a month from the government every month to buy food.  That is all I know.
