You can buy viagra in China without a prescription, but if you do you will waste your money, it is a fake pill.  If you need it, it is always better to bring a supply from abroad.   There is a guy from England at my city, who owns a restaurant, and everytime he travels abroad, he brings 100 to 200 pills, and then sells them locally to other foreigners, 2 for 100 yuan.
