Q: Do many of the Chinese people you know use Facebook?
For me, only my friends who have been abroad or socialise with foreigners use it, though it seems that almost all the young people here know of its existence.

None that I know but I did a search for "Nanning" and there were a LOT of apparently Chinese people on FB, surprisingly.
The only ones I know of are those who live or have lived outside of China
I know 2, they are in my friend list and also some "friends of friends"

I have a lot of Chinese friends who use Facebook. Apparently the recent improvements on the Great Firewall are already being beaten by VPNs.

We have Weibo.com , We have QQ, We have renren.com, We have Wechat, why should we use Facebook?
Facebook is not cool than QQ, most people have QQ account. not only teenager but also older people.
