Q: Do the same rules about seats apply to China Airlines?

If someone were to take up two seats would they have to pay for two seats instead of one. I have heard that on American AIrlines or Delta passengers that are too large that need extra room have to pay for both seats.
Does anybody know if that same rule applies to China Airlines? Have you ever heard the story of a person needing extra room to pay for two seats. I knew a teacher that said he doesn't fly because he was so large that if he flew on a plane it would cost him more money than driving. The reason being he had to pay for two seats instead of one. Does that same rule apply on China Airlines and do you know anybody that had to pay for two seats?

Same rules on China Air applies to a person who needs two seats. They have to pay for both seats. It not like the train where passenger can just stand in the aisle or create a seat. On a plane you have to have a seat to board the plane.
