Q: Do u remember your Chinese partner's 2 birthdays that fall within one year?
This may sound very uncaring but today I just saw my girlfriend's QQ status that shows she celebrated her first birthday for this year on June 8 ( she is Chinese). Her second birthday falls on the 23rd. We have been together for 2 years so this is the second time I find myself not having 'recognised' her first birthday, to which of course she just told me when I called her, she doesn't attach much importance. Not sure if she was telling me the truth about that as I suspect she was simply trying to prevent me from feeling bad about my silence on this day, or as the locals would put it 'saving my face'. Those in relationships with, or married to, Chinese, do you experience this kind of thing where you get confused about the 2 birthdays your partners have? Or do u always remember both? How do your boyfriends/girlfriends/wives/husbands look at that?

In a way you are lucky she is telling you only two, since she really has three in China, as all Chinese who want to celebrate all.
Officially, all Chinese are one year older on New Lunar Year Day, not on their birthday. So, that is one.
The second is the day they were born according to the Solar Calendar as done in Western countries.
And the third. will be according to the Lunar Calendar which some still follow for many things in China.
Around year end, I buy every year a calendar with both, solar and lunar months. On it I do mark my GF and her daughter's birthdays. It hangs on a wall in front of my bed. And that way, I do not forget any of those days. But do not feel real bad, my GF has no idea of my birthday, she has never asked me. 
I only celebrate it once a year. ( yea according to Lunar Calendar I should have two) I celebrate Solar birthday. My parents do Lunar.
