Q: Do we foreign guys have the power to do what we can do in china elsewhere?
I really do not understand your question, can you give some examples, please?
Power to do what?
- Buy Chinese food?
- go to bars?
- Meet girls?
- Work?
- Cheap online shopping?
- Get massages?

It depends what you want to do. In most countries, I wouldn't recommend cutting straight out in front of somebody in your car or banging cutlery on a table to attract a waitress or spitting all over the floor or smoking in no smoking areas or walking to the front of a queue of people!

yeah , you can do anything you want to do , until your pockets are full with money and you got the authorities , till then you can do anything you want
