U can only get Chinese nationality by herite it from parents. Cannot get it even if u marry a Chinese.

yes you can get it but you have to invest money in china. it more financial ties rather than emotional or attachment to the country. but as far as i have heard the perk in getting as foreigner- national are not as good as other countries give it. china will let you use one nationality. whether your own country's or chinese one. the exact answer of your question can be give by the visa department guys working and processing the visa or you can find it out from police station i think.

You could but you would have to surrender your other nationality. As a foreigner living in China, I find it more convenient than a Chinese passport.

True. i heard it from my friend that we gotta surrender our existing nationality and i dont see any positive sides in it.
