Q: Do you believe the claim that China's pollution drifted over to Japan?

i read the article but japanese officials are not voicing a lot of concern , maybe because some of the factories doing the dirty are their investments. i think this could backfire with to much publicity and make them look like hypocrites.
You know what I had never seen pollution this bad until I came to China. I've always heard stories but never did I know how really bad the situation was until I actually came here. That opened up my eyes and who knows...it's a lot to think about!
It sounds perfectly valid to me. Because of air patterns, 60%+ of the smog in Los Angeles comes directly from China. So China's smog hitting Japan is very believable to me.
Yes, you can look at weather maps and see the crap in the air flow directly from China to Japan. China would have you believe it was the other way around.
