Q: Do you like the 'century egg'?

I personally like it, but can only eat one at a time, and with rice.

Also, what health benefits does it have compared to a normal egg?

I think it takes a specialized and tailored set of taste buds to be able to actually like this "delicacy".  I, personally, do not have said taste buds and thus find the century egg to be quite nauseating

I do not like it. It has a weird taste. I prefer normal eggs, cooked or fried with a hint of butter and salt.

My wife and mother in law, likes to mix them with Guilingao, I wouldn't walk barefoot across burning coals to get to it, but it's quite nice.
