Q: Do you eat the traditional dishes on days like 端午节 ? (Dragon Boat Festival)

Normally I am not a big fan of sticky rice things, but a zongzi with the right amount of meat and duck egg hidden in the rice can be pretty awesome. When there are these special days such, do you eat the traditional foods or do you keep you normal routine ?

 I eat party stuff ,  and I like to have a special stuff with my family.  but me too, as far as sticky rice shit..... what is so special?    truth is, it seems to me, we eat special stuff, damned near every day, so what is so special I ask................  had a delicious duck last night, ( hahaha Daffy) and I got that sticky rice stuff ready to eat, when the wife gets home from work, with a little western pizazz added and we got a bunch of gifts ( family things that they eat) ...no idea what they are........  like xmas ..open when it is time...I don't know what I/they (doubt I will) will be eating
