Q: do you find the articles interesting or informative on this site ?
yes .. very much... easy way to be uptodate with happenings in china..in proper english... not google translate...
Can go either way actually, but even the posts that upset me I find interesting and I always come back for more
I enjoy the comments setion much more than the articles. Usually they are rather lame, boring or self serving. Hoever, more than the comments section, I much prefer "In Pictures". I only wish that the "stalker-cam" would not just take photos of the back.
But then again, I guess that is why it is a stalker cam.
I think the articles are too generalized, and I usually know what's in them to begin with. After all, isn't this an expat site? Unless you're fresh off the boat, you already know the basics. I think they forget who their audience is. Some of the articles are ok, but I wish they'd write about things I haven't read many times before on other websites.

I agree with that for 90% of the articles, but once in a while there's a keeper.

My favorites are usually the translated articles. They give you an idea of what people here really think about an issue, like insider information.

I will tend to concur with the majority of the opinion posted. In general, some of them attract my attention, and I do click to read them. But once I start, I seldom finish it because I find them too superficial, maybe geared for those that just stepped off a plane, not for many that have live here for months or years already.
