Hong Kong has lots of Indian restaurants; especially in Kowloon area.

You can try Gaylord....Bombay Nights.....Indian kitchen.

One good one is Woodland; on 2nd floor of a mall besides Kowloon Shangrila.

Tsim Sha Sui has a nice sushi place just in front of a random mall I can't remember the name and a bar street, not far from K11.

I'm very sorry I can't be more specific, I'm really lost in Hong Kong, but if you can find it, you'll enjoy very food sushis for $9 a plate.
