Q: Do you have sleeping issues since moving to China?

I can't remember the last time I had a good night's sleep since moving to China. I frequently wake up in the night or have difficulty getting to sleep. I used to be such a deep sleeper before moving here, I wonder what has changed.

Is it the noise? Is your mattress comfy? I'm a night owl. I love that I can be out late and still have people around in China. At home the sidewalks roll up at 6 pm.

When I come to China, I have trouble adjusting, I can't sleep at night (my day) and I won't nap in the day. Then when I go home I'm tired day and night, but I have such a nice bed, Simmons Luxury comfort.

I sleep far better than I did before I came here............. 7.5-8hrs good sleep every night.....maybe it has to do with a content retirement and not worrying every day about WORK.............  I don't miss home or work one bit!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes. I tend to think a lot when I'm lying in bed anyway and that prevents me from getting any decent shut eye. I think if you couple that with all the exterior noises outside it can be pretty tough.
