I ask this because I am showing my drinking pal this website. I want him to join.
He is from the UK and he is general manager of a factory here. To persuade him to join, I have been going back through old posts to show him how this site can be a good outlet to BCDS. I have told him how I have met great people through this Site. I want him to join.
When I look through my old posts, I can still feel the frustration of that moment. I am showing my mate posts I made 2 years ago and he is laughing at me for being a socialist.
Do you look at your old posts? Has your outlook and attitude changed?
I look back like earlier in the day or day before to see if anyone is carrying on whatever conversation, but nope, I don't look at the 'past'. didn't even really know u could, but wouldn't want to even if I could. My memory is about 24 hours and that's the way I like it.

I just done a random " vote up" page back thing. Back to my bad china days. I can remember all off them. And I can remember how drunk or how sober I was.
The political world is changing faster than ever before. Our attitudes and our patience change day by day.
Its good to sometimes look at our old selfs.

ha, just kidding, I remember the past all the time. I just don't dig up old posts on here.
Yeh, I have done, and yeh, plenty has changed. I don't drink a half bottle of Chinese brandy every night and start acting up for a start.
How nice to be able to store ones old frustrations for later use :)

i miss sex in China on a 30 day visa
then again any time is good
No. Sometimes it shocks me how ignorant I was yesterday.
I never have. As per the diver, I didn't know you could. But I suppose I thought it would be possible, just never thought about it.
Sometimes I notice an old post of some random nature on the side of the page and I might have a look at that if it sounds interesting.
When I becomes so bored with looking out the window that I consider taking the plunge I might remind myself that it's possible to have a look at how uninformed, opinionated, anti-everything... I have been in the past and have a good laugh.

On the right hand side, under your avatar ( oh, your non avatar), there is a button "my profile". Click and you get a list of all your answers.
I think it is interesting to see how ones posts can change as you go through more stressful or happier times. I can trace my "Mr Angry" and "Mr Mellow" posts to things going on in the background. It's amusing after a few beers....
royceH:
How do you put up an avatar anyway? Can it be your real head?
icnif77:
Yeah, just c&p image/pic from laptop background (at Mac) to 'edit' image space at your account here.
No. Though like Royce, i will notice the old posts on the right. but damn it's funny what's considered a 'related' post sometimes!
What could be more interesting than seeing your BCDs, is seeing the predictions people have made in the past. OMG.. WWIII is coming!!!! Again... and again... and....
royceH:
Wait for it........ wait for it........ waaaait. Just a bit longer now..... Yes, there's something there. I can hear it now. I think it's coming. It's COMING!
RUN, YOU FOOLS!!!

The old CFTU threads can be fun to read on a slow afternoon. Get a few giggles from them.
