You need Reference (or Recommendation) Letter for your next employer and I have all RLs attached to my CV.

In 2016, I moved from Henan to Guizhou, new School demanded I gave them Recommendation letter beside Release letter and FEC Cancel cert. School's rep. told me all 3 documents are required by Law at changing of employer. I am not sure, if that is true, but that what they told me. It was also the first time, School (in Henan) refused to give me Rec. letter.
