Yes. Me and Hu Jintao get mixed up all the time. Just the other day, someone came up to me and said, "Hu...my man! What up?" So, when me and Hu talk, I have to remind him to be extra good so I don't get dragged off to the slammer.

 

But seriously, probably not, depending on how well known someone is. If one is a national or international figure, I don't think so. The more recognizable and in the public eye, the lesser chance that they would be able to "get away" with utilizing a body double. I think the practice is probably reserved for those whose faces are not well known, but can afford to find and pay someone to do the time for them.
