Yes. Me and Hu Jintao get mixed up all the time. Just the other day, someone came up to me and said, "Hu...my man! What up?" So, when me and Hu talk, I have to remind him to be extra good so I don't get dragged off to the slammer.
But seriously, probably not, depending on how well known someone is. If one is a national or international figure, I don't think so. The more recognizable and in the public eye, the lesser chance that they would be able to "get away" with utilizing a body double. I think the practice is probably reserved for those whose faces are not well known, but can afford to find and pay someone to do the time for them.
they may have doubles, triplets or even more..who knows how many mistress they fok!!!!!!!!!!
i see Jackie Chan having no doubles so i guess they don't...........................LOL
