Q: Do you work overtime?

How many of you work overtime either during the week or at weekends?  And how are you compensated (if at all)?

I on occasion have to work overtime, and my present school pays me time and a half.

Oftentimes they want me to proof read something that "the dean" or "a colleague" wrote. They pay me a flat fee per page. More if it contains legal terms or other technical language.

Sometimes....and I sure hope I get compensated. I really don't like to work but I need to make some money and some extra cash in the pocket won't hurt anybody!
