am a young entrepreneur from central Africa searching for some answers , most Chinese companies are still not aware of the potential in African market regarding the electronics merchandises i want to represent and integrate their product in central Africa . regardless does any one of you knows or have ideas on how to sign a legal partnerships contract with companies like Lenovo ,oppo , or vivo ?

The OP appears to be a little butt hurt that China isn't falling over themselves to give him huge amounts of cash for his well written business plan. Whatever cup he's talking about in 2019 is a missed opportunity. That ship would have sailed a few years ago.
While the members here may not know much about emerging markets in Africa, as mentioned they do know a bit about China.
The bottom line is that if there was money to be made, Chinese would be all over it. I personality know several Chinese people doing exactly what the OP wants to do in Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger and Ivory Coast where there is already large Chinese investment concurring. Perhaps the less stable central African countries are too much trouble and don't have oil.
One also must wonder, if the opportunities are so great then why hasn't anyone from the large Chinese speaking African population in Guangzhou made their fortune already?

I would guess a good start would be contacting their marketing dept with a proposal outlining what you can do for them.
Pretty sure Hotwater is right though. China is very involved in Africa.

hotwater didn't really get my point he's reading to reply not to understand , Chinese telecom companies are more involve in English speaking countries in Africa not in French speaking countries , huawei is the only one that makes the difference reason why i've asked about lenovo , oppo and others , I've contacted vivo marketing department and they said they're not interested in African market yet '' i found it stupid'' but however they still don't consider central Africa , i thought maybe someone could have an idea on this site .

This is not something I know much about, and I bet the companies involved have their marketing people who do know a lot about it but I think your best bet would be to go to them with your business plan showing how you can get them access to X number of customers, their demographics - income etc and if it looks appealing to them, and they believe you maybe they'd give you a chance.

Hell, why not source the product yourself then set up your own shop/s selling the stuff? Start small and if it sells then expand from there. You might find the companies taking notice of you if you're already selling their products too.

@stiggs i already have the business plan but am targeting something more bigger than to be a reseller. Signing a partnership wit such companies would involve the recruitment of workers on marketing , sales , accountant , security and more . with me being their central Africa partner i can get some government public market and also can win contract to supply other companies in several central Africa countries , if i decide to do it myself i'll not be able do satisfied all my clienteles and maybe would spend more than i'll gain , that's why its better to sign a partnership for the sake of getting some free services like shipment and reductions of merchandise prices . i don't know if you understood my point ?

Something to consider and may be a big factor in all this is how involved is the Chinese govt with the leaders of the countries in the area you want to focus on?
I'm guessing the places where these phones etc are sold everywhere are the same places the Chinese govt spends a lot of money building roads and things, and also has mines sending minerals back to China.
I could see Oppo etc feeling comfortable setting up in those places because they know Chinese interests are being protected by the local China friendly leaders.
What is the situation where you'd be wanting to do it? Would that even be a factor? Do Oppo etc even have local partners in the areas they operate or do they do it all themselves?

Chinese really don't know what's going on in the world even with the BS propaganda campaign the CCP has been doing (Spring Festival Gala). I guess Chinese think it's all about building railroads and empty high rises.
The real posters on this site have been here for 10 or more years, we know all about people from various African countries coming here and buying stuff in bulk (including electronics) to sell back in their home countries. But in recent years, this avenue has closed, do you know why? Chinese manufacturers are now selling direct to African countries themselves.
So coming here telling us that Chinese companies aren't taking advantage of the African markets sets off everyone's BS detector.
@stiggs you seems to understand but actually you don't , i don't want\need the Chinese govt or the local govt either to get involved , is not only about phones or computers but think big , the African nation cup "CAN" is on the way 2019 and we'll not deal only with phones but with large LED screen , touch pad tools and more . my question is not related to amateurs who are quick to answer to fill the gaps but to people who have experiences or know what am talking about .NB we "i" don't bother or pay attention on the Chinese relationship with the natives on the field , i 'll and can handle all am an electronic engineer myself , I've told you guys before that i got a business plan already well written and am just waiting for someone who have done this before to tell me the legal procedure to follow that's all we all know that nothing is new under the sun so , i can buy my own part of the franchise , i just need the company approbation to have their brand name and step forward to my ambitions . plz stop kidding around am dead serious .

My point was that maybe Chinese companies only feel comfortable setting up in those areas because the Chinese and local governments have a good relationship with each other, so Chinese companies don't have the same red tape and hassles to deal with that other companies might. They're basically given a green light to do whatever they want and they have the power of the government behind them to deal with any problems that come up.
Friends in very high places are necessary if you want to set up something on that scale in China, it's how Chinese do business. You can see how they might only want to do business in other countries if they have the friends in high places there.
If China isn't active in the area you're interested in, and there are no friends in high places can you see how a Chinese company might be reluctant to risk setting up there?

Let me make this clear , Chinese companies don't do partnerships with foreigners. Your only option is to connect buyers with sellers or buy yourself.
And you still haven't answered which countries you're talking about. (take the time to Google them)
@stiggs is true what you're saying but i already know all that . however am myself from the president family of my country i can't just decide to do something this big without having any connections at home . you guys still didn't get to principal question : does any one here knows how to sign a partnerships with companies like ... oppo , Lenovo or vivo .
