Q: does anybody know when will the 2013 chinese new year holiday will start?

would just like to ask when will the chinese new year holiday for 2013 will start? Would like to book a plane ticket the soonest possible I can but cannot decide for the date. I understand that different entities in china will have their own rules in declaring the holidays but at least an advice for estimated date to start for holidays will help.

The three day public holiday is 9th, 10th and 11th of February most though will be given the 9th - 15th as holiday.
