Q: Does anyone know a good software for immediate translation?

I need to be able to translate Chinese pretty quickly. Does anyone know of a plug in or software that I could download which means if I put the cursor over a word a little window immediately pops up and gives me the definition? I've seen it, and want it but don't know how to get it. 

 

Or any other recommendations for online translations.

Hanping Dictionary is not a bad choice for your phone.

It gets you the word by word translation. Prety much fast and is packed with all the meanings. 

Else, download the google translate app and its chinese pack. Its comparitively slower to hanping, but you can get the entire text translated at once.

Windows 8 Bing Translate

 

It can be quite helpful. As far as I can tell, it only works when you use Internet Explorer though! Sad

 

scroll over the words and you get the option to translate. If you have the Bing Translate app installed it does it immediatly.

 

Useful..sometimes
