Q: Does anyone know if any CLEP and/or DSST (DANTES) test centers in mainland China?
I am working on a second degree at the moment and my school allows me to test out of some of the required courses through CLEP/DSST/GRE exams. I looked on the GRE website and saw that there is a test center not to far from where I'll be in China, so that's a go, but I'll still need to take a couple CLEP and DSST exams, but I can't seem to find anything. From what I can tell I just see centers in Japan and South Korea. Has anyone taken these exams in mainland China, or know of any test centers for these exams?

According to GOOG, no such Centers in China.
there was a test scandal with the gre in china a few years ago, somebody leaking test to training centers and just about all of them were closed. same thing happened this summer in korea for the sat test. government officials leaking test questions to training centers before the test and the sat test was cancelled for 2 months in korea.
you can take a boat to taiwan or korea for the test if necessary, good luck
I once worked in an education company and I inquired with College Board about opening a CLEP testing center in China. That was 4 years ago and there was no CLEP center and no plans to open one.
