The puzzle is as following:

It perhaps have something to do with the Periodic Table of the Elements...
But not sure what exactly it tries to say...

While that might work for one of the equations, it doesn't fit for all of them. Eg, Carbon and Sodium (Na) will never form bonds (they're both +'ve charge) - unless you're talking about a lot of other molecules being involved.
So, there's a LOT more to this 'puzzle' than just 1 equation.
