Oh, that needs a survey. It costs time. After all, it's not wise to think out an answer in the door and then share it here with all of us.

You would need to either be from the 'developing world' or have spent a decent length of time there to really know the answer to that one.
I do know China is 'investing' a lot of cash in Africa and perhaps that will lead to a good image, but it may also be viewed as exploitation and hence give a bad image.
