Q: Does China have a friendly relationship with any countries?

Syria and North Korea perhaps.
Xi just visited 4 *stan countries on his way to mother Russia, I guess those poor underdeveloped countries like China, and China likes those countries as a buffer between itself and "evil"

Yes Pakistan....they have a friendly relationship with Pakistan...good day!
China has close ties with Burma too and pretty much every other regime that's shunned in the west.

lets see how long time that lasts. Burma is opening up, they are moving towards a free press, they have elections etc.
Not with my home country. 
officially they don't believe it exists........ EDIT: ok, not completely true. it is only the banks and some hotels that don't believe in my home country

Only China exists. Everything else is unimportant, unless China wants it for themselves.

China developed separate from the rest of the world. I think it will take some time as it progresses and catches up with many countries. I actually think and hope that things get better for the average Chinese person. I'm sure over time that China will change.
