Q: Does China have this kind of service?

I need to get some really important paperwork sent to China from my friends in the US. They don't feel comfortable sending it to our address, and feel it is unsafe to send personal information here.

If they sent these documents to a major post office PO box where the documents could be signed for upon delivery, they would feel better about it.

Does anyone know if Chinese post offices offer any kind of service like this?

Go to a post office and see how the operate. You don't want your stuff there if you can avoid it.

UPS or DHL will hand over the documents in a sealed envelope and on a good day even require you to show picture ID.
