Q: Does China have public Laundromats?
Can't say if I've seen one here ever....what about you?
no i haven't seen any . but i just searched on Baidu map and it says Beijing has three of them .
I don't know whether there are any shops of this kind exist or not,but i know many schools have coin-operated washers.
There's a filthy stream near my place. Does that count?
the cost of laundry cleaned like suits is very low, so i think the machines would be hard to get your investment back, unless the machines are cheaply made here, then you would have to find cheap labor to keep them running.
maybe I don't know, but they do have dry-cleaners. They may have launderettes too. 
But that would require washing clothes and not wearing the same outfit every day.
Why wash clothes, they just get wrinkled, hang them up to air them out at night.
