Well there are a lot of singing contests (tune into Hunan TV if interested). But in regards to what we would call a reality show with 'normal people' not really.

Please look at the link below for any explanation why.

Anyway if u get bored just ask your co-workers about their personal life. You'll get funny stories of blind dates, hard to please girls and clueless guys.
