Q: Does every foreigner has a QQ ID in China ?
Does every foreign has a QQ ID in China ? If you have, what is it , perhaps we can creat a QQ group from here...
There is a QQ group: 20993588
Anyone who is interested in making friend in China can enter into this group...
Owenren, my suggestion would be to create the group, list it on QQ, advertise it here as the echinacities QQ and those who wish to join, could join in that matter, as is the case with all the other QQ groups.
yes every foreigner "have" a qq number. and yes we already have a qq group but you are not invited to join.

Dont worry owen, you probably wouldnt like the initiation ceremony. Crimo's still limping.
1] Yes every foreigner has a QQ address. It is mandatory. One must register your QQ number at the PSB in order to secure a residence permit.
2] Hell no I won't post my QQ here. Nice try.
Actually Owen, some of us do have qq here but are reluctant to share it with everyone on this site.
I have the emails of some members here, because we hit it off and PM'ed each other for a while before volunteering our emails.
Maybe, you can PM a poster that you like, explain to him how you like his or her postings, but dont ask for his qq. If you have a few PM's and they seem to go fine, you can volunteer your email or qq and if they feel the same they may reciprocate.
This of course, is only according to my experience and is not to be taken in any way or form to imply that I am speaking for any other foreigner except for myself.
owenren:
Thanks
Yes,should change to way to make friends, it's not good to speak in that previous way, thanks friend !
Sorry,I would never post my QQ in public, and I am a Chinese. Let alone Western people, too personal to tell.my husband has a QQ,but it's only for people he knows in real.
Nope. No QQ number. I use a real program that's not loaded with malware and viruses. Amazingly, Skype is never randomly sending files off my computer to an unknown location...
